Absolutely love seeing your updates! I really love your cylinders and see what you've done with them really helps me visually. I think your figure drawings with the cylinders are on point.
I've only drawn men in the past so my experiences is slightly different. I personally haven't gotten to the proportions section of the video, so take what I say with a grain of salt... Women tend to have slender and less defined/angular features in comparison to men. That said your man's shoulders and hips look a bit too similar to your females, and your female's calves are too defined like that of a man. I'd also like to note the legs on the third portion appear to be squeezing their legs together rather than standing up straight. This is most likely due to the fact that the right calve is angled or a bit too defined.
On a minor note, a man's "half way" point (on a 8 head figure) should be at the middle of the crotch rather than below it.
