Love the shapes and proportions, It's a really appealing style. It makes me want to push my concept to much more stylised. Mine is similar in that I have done a diver also, but has a jellyfish head.

Ok, after a tough battle against Maya and its absurd and totally random mistakes ... My champion wins this fight! The bake is ready, there are some problems with normal maps, but I will use Photoshop to fix them
The time for textures has arrived! I'm playing a little with the Tessellation and the Dispacement map in Marmoset, it's crazy! I wish I had more time to continue experimenting and trying new things!
