Sketch of Lord Boros from One Punch Man
Facial anatomy practice that I want to turn into an actual full character portrait
Legs and bottom practice, painted from ''imagination'' with the help of my earlier anatomy sketches.
Started to turn this face practice into an actual character now.
A few messy warmup sketches. I wasn't sure what to draw so I used manga panel as references. I guess you could call those ''draw this in your style'' types of sketches.
Tatsumaki from One Punch Man
Jiro from My Hero Academia
And it's done!
The Bug Eater
And just for fun
Love the eye animation on here. Its really cool
Damn I didn't see it at 1st and when I went back to check what you're talking about I got creeped out Your art managed to creep me out once again, good job @cedricgo . I love that feast drawing with the random doggo in it
@malcom Thanks! Photoshop animation tool is a little bit limited, but for something like that it did the job.
@castonia Haha, I'm glad to hear that And everything in that drawing is pretty much random since they were all different suggestions put together XD. Some of them work better together than others though!
Testing out a new brush with some practice sketch.
In the hopes of improving my figure drawings skills I started to do daily sessions divided into 4 parts. 10 minutes of 30 seconds drawings, 10 minutes of 1 minute drawing, 10 minutes of 5 minutes drawing and a full 10 minute drawing. Here's the result of the first session. It's really hard XD
Abominable snowman, drawn from life
And more figure drawing warmups
Figure drawing session 003. I think that the 10 minutes looks decent at thumbnail size. It must mean I'm doing something right
Session 004. Experimenting with an ink style.
Session 005. I didn't feel to well yesterday, so when I decided to do this session, I wanted to do something a bit more relaxing. I ended up doing a single 30 minute drawing instead of what I had been doing these past few days.
Sketched this during the last bit of @castonia stream yesterday
And here's figure drawing session 6
Here's a cute little guy
And figure drawing session 07
I like these new gestures. It seems like your using less and less lines to define your figures which is a good thing. Keep up the good work.
@malcom Thanks! I definitely feel the difference especially during the 30 seconds gesture. When I started I was rushing it and I barely finished after the 30 seconds. Now I feel I'm drawing in a more relax way and sometime I even have some extra time to add some hints of volume.
And session 8. It's been a week since I started, and while it may be too soon, I want to try and do a figure focused painting to see if I notice any differences in my approach or even the end result.
