@matteo the detail sheet serves to show your model from all sides plus detail so that judges can properly see it whole - for that it needs color too.

@matteo but you can still upload it without colors along with a color version. It's always nice to see. It's always coool to see just the highpoly if that's what you wanna show off as well.

I have a few last minute questions.
1. What exactly is considered t-pose here? My character before i positioned him was in a neutral pose. Is that enough or do i have to raise his arms higher?
2. In our detail sheet, do we have to use the same lighting setup as in our final render?
3. The final render can be as big as we want? As long as it is at least bigger than 2048 on at least one side?
4. Do we have to include our mood board, concept art and so on in our final submission?
5. For some reason whenever i upload my pictures the whole thing gets compressed by about 30%. I am already uploading at 2560x3000 just to get close to the needed resolution and it still is not enough. I checked if maybe they are too big, but no they are not bigger than 10mb. Am i doing something wrong? How do i fix that? Uploading the details sheet at 2048x2048 will be a nightmare if i have to try and get the whole thing to compress it exactly down to 2048.

That would be all of my questions for now. Thanks in advance

@mrjar0
1. Yes, that would be preferable.
2. No need - just make sure everything you want us to see is visible (:
3. yes, but forum will size down images that are too big
4. no need, you can include your concept art, but you don't have to - seeing the model is more important. Mood board is work from other people so you can't include that anyway.
5. the file size should be much smaller - about 2.4 MB or so. You will need to save in a different format, compress a bit or make the image smaller.
Yes, I know it's not ideal, but the forum has to handle thousands of images so some limits had to be set.

Hope this helps

Does the 80%-visibility rule also apply for the final images of the 3D submissions?

Thanks!

One more last minute question from me.
In the rules it says that we can do whatever we want with the background.
The model and the floor are all done completely by me. The background image however as of right now is a free image from the internet. Am i allowed to use it, or will i have to go out and make the photograph for the background image all by myself?
Thanks again

You can keep the photo.

Hi moderator/s, please assist.
How can I make my latest post/update appear on the top my my thread/topic/entry?

@mahen42 edit your first post in the topic. It's the little pen icon on bottom right of the post (:
