This will be out of order but I had skipped to watch the video on Nude Figure Drawing and had not realized that I had assignments I could follow along with the video. I had taken some notes but I will have to revisit the video to refresh my memory and follow along with the assignment in front of me. However, what I have taken away was doing gesture drawings daily. It's been about a month and a half since I started and I've definitely missed a few days or spent less than the recommended time on some days.
Start day November 2, 2019
These are all the gesture drawings I have completed on a daily basis with 39th being the one from last night. I usually zoom in about 200% into the canvas and start at the top left corner and slowly move to the right end of the page. In earlier gesture drawings, the size of the canvas and gestures were very inconsistent but I have gradually worked towards a most consistent size for both. But I have noticed that even during 1 hour sessions, I still have space remaining at the bottom of the page so I will be working to zooming out more for a more filled out look.
I am currently using a 750* image pack from Kiroz Blogspot but I am hoping to find even more gestures to add to my visual library later down the road.
Edit: Forgot to mention that there has been quite an improvement in line quality for my gestures but I am unsure if I am still using too many lines. Nonetheless, I still have to work on my proportions of limbs relative to one another.
