What's up! My name's Aeshep. I've been an artist for nearly 4 years now but thanks to some responsibilities I had to lock in for, I haven't been able to work on my skills for two years now.

I've had this Program for a few years now, I started it a few years ago but I didn't get far. So I've decided to come back to the program and finally get my money's worth lol. I'm looking forward to returning to the fold and improving my skills beyond what they've been. I'm also looking forward to speaking with some of you guys and getting an eyeful of the talent around here!

I don't have a lot of my old stuff but here's a little portfolio of what I still have on my Laptop. Some sketches and colored digital paintings:

Nice work man but wheres Riley? I'm a fan of Huey as well, don't get me wrong, but I recommend you drawing older Riley as well lol.
On a serious note though. Keep up the good work man. Looking forward to see what you do in the future.

Haha, I feel you. I actually started a Young Adult Huey Character design independently at first but then I started working on this dope little crossover between Boondocks and this anime called Kakegurui, so it sort of went that direction from there lol.

Just cause you asked though, the next sketch I do, I'll sketch out an Older Riley!

Hey! so I'm starting from scratch with Term 1, but before I dive into it I wanted to brush up on my basics.

I did a little Shape and Form study. Kind of half-assed the shading so I need to be a bit more cognizant of that.

Did some figure drawings with boxes and cylinders. I focused on the female form this time. For the top left pose my mind kept showing me a picture of Aloy from the Horizon Series, which I'm a big fan of as ya'll will probably see going forward.

All in all, I'm pretty proud of my figure drawings. I expected them to be much worse after so much time away from The Art but I guess what they say is true. You can leave The Art but The Art never leaves you.

I do have a drawing tablet I've just got to dust that thing off and open it back up again lol.

Thanks! I'm honestly surprised you think they look so great lol. My hands and feet are honestly my weaknesses. I plan on drawing a bunch of hand and feet sketches to improve my skills there. I appreciate the feedback!

Nice job with the studies! Going over basics is always good practice. I really like how the legs flow.

Given the strong bases you already have, I guess it's not surprising these turned out to be so well done xD. Really good feling for gesture, perspective and overall volume. These first terms should be fairly easy. Looking forward to seeing more!
