Hello everyone!
Feel feee to call me ‘A’ or ‘Gon’, your choice! Im 32 years old, and I have recently rebranded my online art handle as a short and sweet version of my real name mashed together with a little flair.
Anyway, I’ve had an account for a while now here on Cubebrush, so I’ve been lurking for sometime. Since 2005 as the earliest I can recall, I have been drawing art on and off; it was likely earlier as I’ve always been interested in art, but I can’t quite recall when I started drawing.
Elementary school introduced me to manga style and I’ve been in love with it ever since. However, it was only in the past 4 years, 2018 onward, that I wanted to become more serious about my artwork. It’s always been a fun hobby despite staying in my comfort zone the majority of the time.
Today, I decided to take the chance on Marc’s art school by buying the first Term because at this point in my life, I’ve realized that I do want to pursue art as a profession to some degree, but doing it on my own hasn’t worked well in my opinion. I’m really hoping this will help, so I’m going to give it my best shot!
PS. As for my art, thinking on it now, it’s been more of what I think I see than what I actually see and my favorite manga/anime characters and stuff.
