Yup I think you need to define your edges a little bit more, clean it up so it will look more like the area near the light in her left shoulder and face.
The breast are a little off position, probably you are forcing the breasts to be off centered to the left so the cleave can be seen right in the middle, but I think it should look more like this:
Use reference pictures and your final compositions will look more realistic
