Some pretty nice ideas, Sci-Fi Bunny Girls for life
The E bunny is amazing i've never seen anything like it! Plus it feels more 'adult', apart from D i feel the other ones look a lot like robot pet toys.
For her costume I absolutely love D, the triangular shapes work really well and the backpack makes the silhouette more interresting than the other ones that are very straight.
By the way what's up with her right arm? lol
D's looking pretty good to me, but do what you wish, i like her.

cool going back to the description her pops was a or is a genius inventor i'd suspect her suit to be more on the techbits side though it is your rodeo, just pointing out what you wrote. 
Perhaps play with more mask ideas the starting designs were interesting (before masks update).

This looks fantastic Really nice subtle rendering, and I love the rabbit mask being worn to make the ears face sideways! It's a great little twist :3
