I like the broken off armour too.. but don't you think whatever has taken it off would've done the same to her finger? ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Maybe if the point where it was broken wasn't so clean...
do you think just having a hand there with no armor would make a little more sense or should i keep the missing piece if armor on the finger?
I'm thinking either one missing section (the last one and again, the breaking point should not be clean at all) or some sort of scratch that goes along the hand, making an opening in the armour, not actually breaking it off.
The way she is posed right now, if you removed the armour of the whole hand it'll look like she did it herself and that would make even less sense. xD
~I tried looking up broken armour but the closest I could find is a pretty damaged Iron Man mask that illustrates my point about not having a clean edge very well.~ Then again, it's up to you.

Very dynamic colors you got, amazing pose as always, youre really good with thinking of a pose that fits the character as well! Her face is really cute hahaha! With your painting style, I can always tell if a painting is from you or not which is insanely good for an artist! Keep it up!

Hey, I just started going through the threads again - I really like how you solved the "missing armour problem" (sounds like some math puzzle, hahah), now it looks way better and makes way more sense!

This is a really cool idea and I like the progress of it. One thing I have noticed is with the mask, its white and bright purple vs. the other color scheme. My eyes keep wanting to focus on the mask because its soo bright compared to the rest of the costume. Maybe add some white or purple for the rest of the outfit to help lead the eye away?? other than that I am looking forward to seeing more progress
Thanks for feedback, i'll either try to fade the purple bow so it isn't as noticeable and doesn't catch the eye as much or just get rid of it all together
Your character''s looking good! I love your idea of illustration, just a simple angle of the camera with the character kind of like badass walking, tells a lot about her and the story. Your rendering is going great too, so pumped to see your work progess
