After months of lurking, i have decided to join and give it a go!

I've been sketching here and there for the last months with this competition in mind, most definitely fantasy, my own take on an Elven sage.
I created a pinterest board ( https://au.pinterest.com/bevanhewett1996/cube-brush-competition-mood-board/ ) to get some reference, but I've been very worried that what ill come up with will be too generic... time will tell!

delving into colours now, going throung heaps of youtube tutorials on the different colours that skin has

overall it is coming together nicely! it might be a good idea to add more colors in flat shapes ( like the shirt) if just to see the overall balance and how they relate to each other. GL
