Hi again,
Been a bit, i am so happy to see you took some of my 'suggestions' into account on this amazing piece of work that i truly enjoy.

This took me 30 mins or so and it didn't bother me a bit to help and i actually had to stop myself cause this is pretty fun to work with. (obviously easier for you than me.)

Hope you don't mind and even if you decide not to do any of these I had fun attempting to help further with your concept.

Do not know how this affects judging to be honest it is pretty weird when giving C&C.

(removed meh colors and sorted only the decent into one img to prevent over powering your thread with my color ideas, if you want this removed you just tell me, you saw it already. )

The only reason these sort of came about besides me loving the design was you didn't use blue and i wanted to see it with some blue.

I came up with a lot of the same combinations with the armor and cloth, but I never tried changing the feathers and antlers!

I really like the white/red and the gold/orange versions you did.

Honestly, seeing these made my day and now I'm super jacked to keep working on this again! =)

I'm pretty happy with the red & blue color scheme for the armor & cloth...
I tried a few different variations with different colored feathers, but I couldn't find anything that fit what I already had. =(

I just finished the lighting on the rear view and resized the composition a little.

Really glad you enjoyed them, i had wayyy to much fun with them, means you got a good design here for sure by my standards.

I am glad your happy with your choices I feel a bit bad for not coming around sooner to help when you changed the armor to red ^ updates above.

The thing that bugs me a small bit is the lower drapes all being one color throws me off and makes me think dress and not some sort of shroud that is why on my color versions i hardly did that.

This is your concept and i appreciate your acceptance of me having some fun with it, I can't wait to see more of this for sure and will stand by whatever you choose to do in the end.

Really nice stuff i like the front runner also, though i don't feel like they are dynamic enough.

I can visually see him sort of posing like this from like a tree top or mountain cliff side that conveniently allows for some sort of bottom up view that captures his enemies off guard so this pose here: https://encrypted-tbn3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRhh8Brj1JZdmRZJEHmCdh6cSlxNXJpHK4Q1g5Phyy6PQPTFp8EEA seen from the bottom up, so the viewer is looking up at the surprise attack sort of thing.

With his wings spread open, also the cool arm design you had going on can still be used as a guantlet type of thing, (think lion-o from thunder cats)

H, D, C and E are my favorites. If I had to choose 1, then I's say go with H...Awesome work. Love what I see. Keep it up.

H and D jumped out at me. I like the echoing shapes you've got between the arms and wings in D, maybe if you could get that with the more dynamic angle in H?

.H like the rest, i feel perhaps if his head was angled up toward the viewer slightly (as if he just jumped down from somewhere and then focusing on his target) so an almost raised "eye brow" type of challenging look.

Nice work on them poses, like the others i was also wondering about the positioning of the wings while looking at the choices.

I think pose depends on composition. There's no armor and wings, so it's hard to predict how it all will be work together.
Top part of "C" and all "B" is epic. I would also try to combine top part from B with D pose (but with head from D, looking on top).
G is interesting too. I would try to add bit more dynamic here.
H and I - nice, but a little shriveled, tight for illustration, imo.
Anyway, very cool anatomy and dynamic in all your sketches, really nice.
Just need a bit more info about illustration to say something specific.

...so my computer died a week and a half ago - beautiful timing right?

I had spent so much time trying to retrieve all of my data that I was beginning to think I'd run out of time before I could finish.

Luckily I got all of my data on my new computer and can go into turbo mode until I finish.
