I like how he is very stern and serious looking! Also the armor is very functional and realistic so it has the mass appeal. However his face tells me "I've seen some sh`t" while his armor tells me "hey this is a very good day!". I always like dark characters with dark armor

Overall a superb render, just wondering which path you'll chose, weathered and grudge-y, or platinum shinny bling? I like to see some reflection on a brand new glorious "king-ly" armor, but cuts and bruises tells a dramatic story. To where do you lead?

I'll make it a fine elite shining armor but with some use, cuts and bruises. He is a man not a god, so i need to keep that in mind.

Yeah, i know looks kinda empty, but all the golden parts will have patterns and i'll add a lot of details. Thanks for the tips.

Maybe you should make his cloak shorter, because here it seems like he could walk on it if he doesn't pay enough attention.

Not sure about the sword yet, maybe it takes too much attention from the character.

About the cloak i was thinking that is definitely not practical haha, but you know, fantasy is aways kinda surreal and not practical, but ill try to make it better.

Hi guys, i was off for the last 20 days. Now back to work.

Just a small update, front view almost finished, i'll push myself to finish the back view this week and start the real deal.

I'm curious to see all the updates and great works from you guys.
