Started to think about the illustration. These are only 1 minute sketches, I didn't wanted them to look very nice and I know they aren't very readable, those are only scribbles of my ideas, mostly for me to see, remember and understand.
Though Jayde has a lazy, sarcastic personality, I tend towards a more dynamic illustration. I will choose one of those ideas now and start finally working on it.

Awesome! Love the minimalistic background. I would lke to add some different color to the image. Not sure exactly what but right now its wery brown and orange. Maybe something that would make the character pop out a bit more? I would look for a reference but I am on my phone and its very difficult to navigate with it. I will follow you and whenever I am on computer I will ty to help.

Another update! My progress from today.

I messed around with the colors a bit, added some blues and purples mainly in the area of the character; though I think I will experiment some more with the colors and see what happens.
Any advice would be still very welcomed!

Don't know but...are you gonna add something in that blank spot ?
It would be interesting.
For instance the sand is drawing a monster, god or whatever... ? Fighting or helping or else...somebody ? There is probably better things to do
Just my little thought here

Really like that sand and the atmosphere !

@mr_dessin, actually, I haven't thought about this. But now that you mention, I think I will try to fill in that blank space with something so it won't look so empty; or even make the environment more visible/clear, something like that. I will figure it out. Thank you really much for the tip!
