OMG! This is fucking awesome The lighting, effects, rendering and those wonderful detailed wings.. great job! Just two trifles: 1. His 'boots' look a bit blurry. I think some sharp shadows will help and 2. his loincloth looks too stiff for fabric

Thank's a lot @PetitChat! And thank's for the advices too ! the blurry on the boot must be because of effect I painted and the layer mode I used on the magic cercle around him I think , so will try to work on adding the shadows it would have cast on it ! For the loincloth ( thank for the telling me the name of it btw ) working on it ! doing some search on fabric to see how I can make it more dynamic and fabric like ^^

I'm wondering how the wings are attached. The lowest pair in particular just disappear behind him and don't seem connected to him in any way. I think the angle at which his body is twisted away from us we would see some of the nearest wing's equivalent of a shoulder leading into his back.

Thank's for the feedback @moirae! The wings are not finished yet, but all of them should connect to his back, so yep I did forgot to draw the shoulders on the one that is nearest to us. Will work on that and on the others too , thank for bringing it to my attention!

Tried to follow everyone advice and critic and changed the things you can see below ( huge thank for all the feedback! ) , and put a little preview of the current version and I think this is gonna be the final one for the illustration.

Now time work on the description and background of my character after that I will work a little on the presentation of the project. I'm gonna update the first post with every thing when I'm finish and add the full size of the current version and of course I will still be open to critics and try to work on them!

I have to start studying for my exams this next week so trying to finnish or go as far as I can before that since I don’t know when I will have time again to work on it again.

finished the description/information of my character. English is not my native tongue so If you were brave enough to read it and noticed I worded things in a weird way please don't hesitate to tell me!

I also redid the wips so it's up to date, now time to work on the concept sheet a little

I wated to recreate the style of my concept sheet so I created a custom font with my own writing to do the information part easyer that to wirte everything by hand

Took the concept to a finish and correct the anatomy, and added some shadow and shine to the armour for it to look a little more like metal.

now I will try to organize the first post with everything

Was quiet stressed with all the things I have to study that I almost forgot to update the final illustration but here it's is : I was able to improve while working on it so glad to have taken part in Art War to push myself, it was fun! Now it's time for me to study ^^

Beautiful! The loincloth looks much better now just the back part is hard to spot. His anatomy looks great as well and those wings o I really admire you for your patience to add all the details!
