For your concept sheet.. Maybe incorporating the key color from your final artwork could make it more harmonious. Or some vital element to maintain the connection perhaps.

I don't think it's allowed to keep photos on our character sheet right ?

Oh ok! Well since it wasn't really part of the design I just let it like that
I know we aren't allowed in the illustration, but no idea for the concept sheet though =o
In doubt I'll re-do it, I'd like to be in the top 30 this year so that would be annoying to be disqualified for something like that
But not today because I'm like, super lazy today xD

i like it like this.
the only thing id say is that maybe you should move the bottom orange line lower so we can see the tip of the boots?
but other than that. your process and concept sheet looking nice
