Thanks. For the 2d piece, I plan on making it some kind of energy expanding effect. I have an older wip of it right here:

Honestly I don't know. When I was painting, I was only thinking about flow and making cool shapes. So in my head, she has a ripped cape and the 2 big shapes on her back can be anything at the moment. I was think they were a energy battery pack thing or maybe an energy dispenser that can make plasma wings. Something like that. For the first time I was just using my visual library and seeing how far I could get before reference. Now I have to define things.

I like the claw like shape coming up from behind, mimicing the hand a bit as though being controlled by it. Looking forward to seeing more.
