Here are some initial sketches. I'm trying to find my shape language and mood, and I'm also unsure of the style I'm going for. I'm not particularly happy with the direction, so expect it to change dramatically.

Pretty good design right now, like the floating appendages honestly, love to see how this gets fleshed out!

Thank you!

And it looks cool already nice work :smile:

Welcome back and can't wait to see your progress !

This is looking really cool, really enjoy the organic shapes you're coming up with in these.

Loving the sketches so far. Really nice shapes here. Keep playing with that aspect of your design. Keep up the good work.

I really like the initial sketches you did, especially the middle one, with horns!

I freaking love the last sketch you can really feel her energy!

@rgdraw Thanks!
@mr_dessin Thank you :smile:
@michaelmuellerart thanks!
@malcom Thanks man!
@ujinshamoney Thanks! Yeah, I like the horns too. I might mess around with them in the newer design.
@Gil_Ascher Thanks! :smile:

Here's the initial sketch for my illustration. I'm finally getting somewhere with the design that I'm happy with. This may or may not actually end up turning into my final illustration. We'll just have to see I guess!

You're welcome !
Nice progress very dynamic! :smile:

I love the rhythm and gesture of your characters. the shapes are so fun and sexy. keep up the good work, bud. :smiley:

Really nice flow and shapes ^^
Curious to see where you'll go with the colours :3

Really cool character and as others have stated - amazing flow. Just the right mix between human and inhuman ^^ Just a minor suggestion - I might be mistaken but isn't her head a biiit too far back compared to her chest? (The armor might be playing tricks on me though, so take it with a grain of salt)
I'm really interested to see how this turns out!

Nice work @sanguine! Yeah - shapes and flow is something that I like here too. Also I love the idea with these giant candles - great opportunity to create interesting lighting. Keep it up!
