Thanks for the feedback  Yeah I will work something out about those sharp shapes towards the belly button. I will later on draw an actual figure and place the armor on top to see how the stuff looks on a somewhat anatomically correct body. But I feel this character sort of lacks a unique design for the armor so I might change the material of the armor to volcanic rocks. Maybe she has those rocks completely infused with the body. I don't know we will see. I gonna try to keep my indirect promise

I'm also very fund of 4
Maybe with 5s breast plate, and shoulder pads with the shape of 4 but patterns of 4?

And as for the faces, maybe 2 with larger horns for intimidation factor?
I think the pony tails conflict with the horns and intimidation.

Having the rocks infused in the body sounds awesome

btw Love the volcanic stuff!

thanks man  I didn't have the time to vary the hairstyles which I'm gonna do soon and for. As for the armor I'm gonna change what I have in the last post a little because there are stuff I'm not satisfied with. Probably won't use what I have in the first post, but who knows

Oh yeah, give that idea of the volcanic rocks embedded within the flesh a go, like obsidian crystals growing out from the skin. That would give you a REALLY cool texture to work with, and introducing the glowing energy effects with obsidian glass can just look awesome.

GL!

Thank you for the obsidian crystal idea I will definitely try it. I'm most likely gonna use it on her weapon and hint some of the material on her body as well

Nice simplification. It's certainly more efficient to complexify later. Go full colorz now, she deserves it! :volcano:

Why not an extension of her arm(s) instead of finding handle for this weapon ? ^^
Just an idea like that, but that's maybe silly.

I'll see what I can do about it

@PeterH Thank you for the suggestion you gave me a while back
Here's a sketch and color test for obsidian. I will redraw the whole poses as it looks off but for now I have to figure out a lot of stuff like how to render obsidian to a finished state

Disregard the upper body I have a lot to fix

Looking interesting so far ^^
Keep it up !

I knew I was missing something! I finally found your topic!
Pretty cool idea! You're doing well so far
Don't forget to find badass references to get an even more badass rendering !

Thx man  I founds some refs but showing the texture in a small area is kinda hard and it is stylized but this is a test run

there's some more in my stash

You're welcome!
Nice, do you have some lava in fusion refs too? Those stuff are so beautiful!

Well then, you can't go wrong with all of this!

I only have the regret of not doing enough material studies
