Here are the versions of her hair mentioned with different hairtstlyes.
Here i am going for a more "mohak" like hairstlye.
I must admit it gives it a fun and more edgy feel to it. what do you all think?

Personally I like number 1 the most.
Other than that I just wanted to say the illustration is super cute and looking forward to see more

Good to know, thanks for taking the time to commnet!

And here is more progress on the gal. Going more for a necormanser beast master as i feel is more unique and not as done.
also pushing the wild concept with her teeth and now trying to decide between the smile or just the showing her teeth style.
Let me know your thoguhts

Oh that is one cute smile haha

And here is the latest look, fixed the smile to be a bit more "natura;" added leashes to the creaters coming from her. Working on other angles , like her back, to better understand her shapes. What do you think of her head piece?

Really digging the vibe you've got going on with it, I look forward to seeing how you integrate the attitude into the illustration.

Just little details but maybe you should play with her ears when she is smiling or looking differently ?
Very cool so far !

Good point, i like that idea! will do

I like where this is going. I'd say either 2 or 4 for me.

I think that color pallet 4 might be a better match, but at the same time none of them were bad. I just kind of pictured goth elf from the various expressions you had going, and that just makes my mind zip to really pale.

But again, none of them are bad. The bone and feather tone is quite tight.

I simply LOVE dark art!
the purple, grey and ivory tones work!
Maybe reducing the sickle's yellow color can balance it out. ( Iron, silver, copper, ceramic color / material ? ) or a glossy purple .. ( Michelle Pfeiffer in stardust )

But as in your concept ... heighten the purple a bit more perhaps. See what works.
