5 is really cool, it tells a story that matches your concept, an angel in an environment she doesn't fully belong to, she's visually surrounded by the city yet still maintains a distance with it. Your story has allows a lot of option in terms of composition storytelling, there's a duality to your character, she's not from here, yet she's been deeply transformed by her environment.

so pretty much done with the concept sheet, i might go back later on during the contest to go back a tweak somethings if need be but other thank that im pretty proud of how this character came out! now on to the illustration which is probably going to be the make or break of this whole project so wish me luck lol

This is looking awesome so far! I think one thing to keep in mind is showcasing her superpower clearly. In one of your early posts you mentioned powers of divine light and flight, but afflicted with corruption, so maybe one tweak could be that you show the victims face when he's getting hit by the weapon and how the corruption is causing damage to him, or something like that.
I hope this doesn't come off as too nit-picky, I just know that part of the prompt is to clearly show what their powers are, and I would hate for you to miss some points on that during judging because you've been putting so much work into this. It's looking amazing!
dont worry i totally understand, im glad that you pointed out and gave me some idea of what to aim for ahead of time, i'll keep that in mind as i work on it further!
so a bit of a update based on feedback, i added in the poor guy in the scene getting slowly obliterated by the pole arm corrupted energy, the idea behind the corrupted version vs the holy light version of the angels power is that the holy light is more of a healing super power and the corrupted version is pure destruction and the angel her channels most if not all of her power into the technology enhance staff and wings to use it as a offensive tool vs support/defensive, i.e the solar flare wings and rail gun pole arm
