Hi! I still can not decide on the color, while I think about the layout of the scene, and in the near future I will show sketches. Happy New Year !
The first one looks more urban, although it could still use some tweaking, maybe a cyan, magenta and black scheme? or replace the greens on the first one for blacks and blues, if that is what you are looking for anyway. 
Overall, I feel it could use more blues instead of greens, like, referring to the very first face you had, the red/black one with blue strokes behind, seemed very fitting. Just my opinion though 
Thanks for the feedback, I will try to make another version with such a palette as on the face, I think that you are right and I need to return to the starting position
