Sounds like good ideas but...is it really villain side in the end ? ^^

Initial Design
Starting to flesh the design out and colour pallet, want to push the mask a lot more and put more work into the head area as a whole. Looking at re doing the legs, making them less human looking maybe more mech based design.
Designs, Overall I like 5 the most so I'll go forward and try some tweaks.
Don't know why...but I feel your character need something...on his back maybe ? Wings, weapon or something else ?
3, 7 & 8 could be interesting too (or maybe a mix of them with 5 ?).Just saying like that...go with your ideas of course ^^
@mr_dessin So far I have had the idea that he would have a mech styled spin cord that sticks out of his back. Similar thoughts of something for his back but not thought on large shapes extruding from it. Might play with the dread ideas maybe they could 'plug' into other parts of his body or hang loose / work independently. I like the armour of 8 as well.
Pretty happy with the character for now, will be working on the turn around and want to make a start on the illustration. I never give myself enough time to do it in the past.
The silhouettes are reading very well.
Thanks, I have just realised that he probably wont be able to move his arms very well with that armour so will alter that a bit. Every time haha.

Some minor fixes and front / back design.
Some colours, I like 2 as is but some of the others with some tweaking could work too.

I love row 3 but as an 80s kid I’m partial to the ol skeleton colors.
4 looks really cool great design and color explorations overall
