@rgdraw Thanks man ^^

"...made of non-fresh flesh, skins, bones and sort of machinery and strange mechanisms, the trickster have the ability to shapeshift and look like whatever being (or non-being like robots) that exists in all universes..."

He’s pretty cool so far! I feel like he should have some jester motifs, since he’s a trickster. Like pointed feet, or shapes that resemble the jester bell hats.
(Not to mention Clowns and the general clown hierarchy have become pretty synonymous with evil over the past decades.)

Pretty cool so far! Also, kind of random, but I like the presentation of your artwork with the ArtWar logo and your character's details. I'm looking forward to see where you'll take this guy.

"Despite being a villain...he likes to control his own kind as well, while he takes a lot of vicious fun giving new powers to semi-gods and even gods themselves...destroying entire earth, universes and galaxies; playing his own die game : Game of dimensions"

Slowly working on this...still not very convince on some colour choices...

Coming back to scratch...there is too much things I don't like about this character anymore...

Although, none of this thumbnails are to my liking...I need to push a lot of concepts, and first of all simplify this...I was going too deep on my concept but in the end I had very hard time finding how to ilustrate my first villain...(and also 1 very distinctive power on the canvas...)

Now I'm thinking doing a child or a woman (or even maybe a mecha/mix/fuse)...still very confuse where I want to go...we'll see ^^' (with many many thumbnails)

Thanks @Pregium for the good insights about it (silhouettes and powers).
We have to keep in mind, judges need to understand in quick moment what the power ability is from our heroes/villains; the first of all concerns.

Hi,

Going off of your initial statement I think the fantasy theme fits better, Where you thinking of a more of a creature or more along the lines of a beast master (the salesman for the trading of souls). A sci fi soul trader with its own army could be pretty cool.

Out of the newer designs I like the giantess description.

Enjoy the exploration!

Hey,
Oh yes, I really think you're right on the point, that fantasy theme suits better here.
Even my supposed "sci-fi" corner is not really one ^^' (more a mix of different eras...)

Right now I'm working on doing some different sketches for the Barbarian...and I maybe we'll stay with her (if she does not dissapoint me, of course haha).
But yes the Giantess could be nice (and others...the choice was hard to make, for sure).

I really do enjoy too the Chaos Knight and Pure Evil Child...but I can't find any good thing to do for an illustration (or not enough skilled to try out...hum...).

I can’t explain why, but I like the silhouette of #5, there’s just enough contrast in it for it to be easy to read. She’s got a nice triangular composition, which creates contrast between her upper and lower half. , and essentially draws you towards her head (Focal point) as a result.

I agree with @skullguzma about the silhouette. but i think as you said to combine your favorites would be really cool! they defiantly stand out!

oh i love the colors of the first (purple&red) fork looks awesome! and the two designs that you chose work really well!
