If you are not at ease with simplification just clog your canvas with all of your parasites (no background problem!) and your heroe make his way in...Simple!
It's not stipulated that you can't go with a comic book style, but yes i don't think you can draw and submit a whole comic panel. Better ask directly on the general thread.

That's why I need to change with ice cream haha (many ice cream balls (with one huge) will fall from the sky (a bit the same picture)).

Here (with pets/animals) she made a wish to have a cat...but Mr JellyGenius had a problem and in the end, all animals with a tail fall from the sky (elephant, monkey etc...).
Yes this is not very obvious without an explanation...

I hope you understand the 2 first on left ? No ? If not I could explain...but that will mean others probably don't get it (so my pictos (little wish above them) are not very obvious...).

Sooo top guy is falling after wanting to fly and bottom dude got too ripped? I think the problem was just that my mind got used to illustrations and the comic layout took me by surprise I think it does need a bit of an explanation, so maybe they could be clearer? (but I hope others would chime in as well, cuz it might be just me not being used to comics)

I sure could have choose easier one...but I didn't want this to be too much repetitive...

Unless I could explain in comic panel...I can't choose all the things I want...
And yes, like you said I hope people will tell me if that's understandable for them or not xD

(Otherwise for the explanation, you could see on my previous post on character sheet some (small) explanation, with pictos etc...)

Noooo, it's a cool idea, it's just harder to illustrate! I imagine a city full of people with perplexed expressions and random items/qualities all around, it's truly a havoc-wreaking power

I like the character concept, I mean he looks so cute, but I'm not sure I totally get his power. Is it like he grant wishes, but they are corrupted versions of the wishes? Sorry I just want to make sure I get it

But I like where this is going. The comic format is certainly an interesting take

Oh and and the guy who's flying...he's not falling (well soon enough haha) but he's gonna hit a post ^^
I hope with better greyscale/colours it will be easier to get it (very small tints of colours...I want the JellyGenius the most catchy stuff of all the illustration).

And don't worry...I already made so many tries about illustration(s), even before I found my character...I knew it was going to be super hard to depict it.
But yes it is super funny : D

Before (the idea of JellyGenius) I had the idea to make him walk and change some of the people in the street...

Well this has gotten delightfully insane as it went on, a very fun thread to come back to and read.

Also, I like the sharpie concept a bit more than the squid ink, it will probably be much more easily communicated as well.
