I adore your concept and design BUT colorwise it´s not working for me. I´ve been playing around - I hope you don´t mind - and I think you should go with something like this. It improves it so much!
My steps: I changed the whole color hue, then I blacked out everything around here, after that I color selected the violets and changed to them to this light neon blue. Cheers!

I like the progress so far they only advice I would give is to maybe make the mask of the spirits darker as because they are so bright and white it drags attention away from the main character. Also, maybe make her eyes more hooded as right now she doesn't look very villainous but rather innocent but ultimately the decision is up to you 
I love her design and the illustration is looking stunning so far!
