I'd say 3 and 6 are my favorite but they're all really awesome (and the design as well, aside from the colours, is amazing!). Looking eagerly forward to the illustration 
The design of the arms is so cool, both the mechanical parts on the right and that angry face thingy on the left, don't know how to call it 
Version 3 has an amazing palette, and I have a soft spot for unnatural skin colours like the blue from version 1 
wow! these are absolutely gorgeous!! I think 2 and 3 are striking but shes so beautiful in each one!! 
2 5 and 6 are my picks. your style is so clean, i love it!

OBSERVATION
Most Dynamic: 1 and 5 (they suggest that she herself moves a lot during fights)
Most Majestic: 6 (she doesn´t move a lot, she lets her puppets do the work)
Hybrid of both: 2 and 4
IMPROVEMENTS
1: her expression is too vague
2: pretty good, but not clear if she is a villain yet
3: disregard this
4: play with head rotation and face expression, maybe combine the lower body of 4 with the upper body of 6
5: this would be probably chosen if it was to become a LoL skin
6: here the puppets dominate a lot of space... but it´s a very nice pose
Besides all that, fantastic work!
The first and second options are the most interesting. In my opinion.
Looking at these, 4 and 5 seem to best show what is going on and tell a bit of a story, but they both have less depth than say 3 or 1.
Perhaps try adding something in the foreground in 4 or 5 like you did in 1/3

1 is pretty, shows her sensuallity and badassery, I like 4 and 5 too, but I think 6 as something really special she's like a general commanding her army, you can do something really great with it!
I actually like them all, but I have a soft spot for both 5 and 6.
Going into the same last wagon of 5 and 6...but all of them could be interesting as well (except 3 maybe ?).
I think 4 is my favorite with the glow in 3. the composition is really good in my opinion! all of them are epic!
