Well, this is my briefing and the first sketch! I have always wanted to design a character related to the Rangda's mask from the Indonesian mythology. I want to mix the tribal look with a steampunk technology inspired by Madureira's "Battle Chasers" work. Let's keep working...

New details and redesign of the weapon. It's a magic chained hook-sword made with bones and I'm thinking that could be interesting create two demon dogs conjured by him.

I think what you have so far is looking really badass. The new weapon works a lot better and the way you used it in the illustration to have more flow is great as well. Keep up the good work. Sorry for no real feedback I guess. I think your moving in the right direction.

Nice flow, nice composition.
Maybe you can flip the background colour (greenish on the left, redish on the right), this will make your character pop-up more and induce a different plan for the background.
