Sorry for the lack of updates. Here are some exploration sketches for the illustration. Even though I like the dynamic of the first one, I went with the other comp sketch as there is more storytelling going on. Did some colour sketches too.

Little update on little Phagous. Added some bg elements to make it clear, where the action is actually happening. Wasn't happy with the blobs of grey so now there are trees!
