Some new stuff ! slowly coming around with her design ! decided i'd go sci-fi like but with ethnic vibes inspired by Wakanda aesthetics ! Except i'll give it darker colors matching more the villain / dark clairvoyant style
She won't be a villain like ' i wanna destroy everything and everybody because i'm evil ' type of villain, but more because she can see and predict future through her bird's eyes and saw so much death and desolation that she lost all her faith in humanity and basically became mad ! that's my idea

Just take care about the "80% appearance" for your character !
You should extand canvas (or simply put her upper) a bit to see more her legs probably.

An idea i got while reading her reason for being the villain
"she can see and predict future through her bird's eyes and saw so much death and desolation that she lost all her faith in humanity " What if at the end she realized that she's the cause of this and became even more mad because that's what she was trying to prevent

Oh yeah that's so cool :o i love stories messing up with time even if they're so hard to come up with for them to be logical ! but yeah actually that would be pretty good like this !
Really cool concept! I think it may be a bit difficult to really show what her power is, but if you can pull it off I think it will look amazing. Keep it up!

That could give a really interesting character, the one that unknowingly become the vilain in order to do go and in a messed up way saves humanity (Like in Watchmen if you've seen it, if you haven't then I won't say more to avoid spoil )
