I like her design, maybe her shoulder pad on the right is too big, she can't really move her arm higher without killing herself, but besides that it's awesome ! 
All three heads are better than the one you actually have used if you ask me. But she is really cool! Excited to see how you´ll progress : )
Nice development so far, when you showed the faces i liked the blind the most. It seems to me that this character could use some disturbing feature to help it pop out. I also like the pauldron design, but maybe instead of the skull you can use something living? something showing her evilness

Wow, i love that large shoulder plate thingy with the skull! Maybe could fly out some nice ghost smoke from it eyes and/or mouth?
