Hi there! My name is Alex and i'll be entering my first Art War! The name for my character is tentatively: Elinor, The Last Paladin.

After a cataclysmic war, Elinor's kingdom was slaughtered and she became the last remaining paladin alive, a lineage of mythical warriors that swore to protect the empire. After the death of the king, she took the throne and decided to lead her nation in ruin and help her desperate people. With the power of the storm, Elinor will strike lighting on any fool that dares to threaten the safety of her fallen kingdom.

So here's my moodboard / Inspiration for the character. I was really inspired by the female paladin character archetype.

Here's a few Silhouette I've done to guide the direction of the character. I quite like the first and second one and I think i will explore these direction.

Started a really rough and early anatomy for the character. Since Elinor has a lot of armor and equipment, her body is leaning more on the muscular side. Any feedback on the anatomy is welcomed! I will be doing a concept paintover on the 3D anatomy, since 2D concepting is not my strength.

Hi there! I did the concept and im starting to get a better feel for the character and armor. Still have the shield and main weapon to design but i'll will progress more with the sculpt of character.

oouh thanks, seems like an really interesting idea! Definitely gonna consider it when i start concepting the shield.

Adjusting the propotions of the body and of the face! Next step is refining proportions, finish/refine the head, adding hands and i'll start the armor right after!
