Starting with anatomy blockout today! I'm gonna post some updates when I am done. Here is first WIP.

Some more refined anatomy. I think that this is close to the final level of detail when it comes to the body itself since it's gonna be covered in armor. Especially head which is just a raw placeholder. Btw any feedback is welcome.

Concept of the weapon of our hero.

Sword passed down in his family - "Dragon Tail" - enromous clever made of magical steel with pure lave embedded inside, only those with the blood of the dragon can wield it.

I want the sword to tell a bit of story as well so I'm gonna try to make it look real cool at the end.
