Hey peeps! I realized that joining you guys on this ride would be an awesome experience so here is some of the blocked out character:

The direction I'm envisioning Is that she was once a treacherous queen who has been punished to a puppet life. Her legs/hands are crystallized to symbolize immobility. The floating head entity is who is in control and will be doing all the movement. She just floats along. The stone is where the curse is held.

So far, the chained up limbs seem underwhelming so I'm gonna be working on a way to make it more interesting!

I really like this idea! A lot of potential. What I would try is making the chains larger and chunkier and make the hands/face be made out of stone like the rock she is bound to. It would be a good idea to break up the silhouette by making the crystals on the stone larger. The queen herself is looking pretty good!

Very interested to see how this turns out!

The changes to the rock piece are starting to go somewhere good! The new shape helps it immensely, keep trying to push it more if you can.

@alemja I think I have settled somewhat on a final shape for the rock. I wanted the top to give the idea of a throne, but the bottom to flare out so it would balance out all the bulk she has on her head. I'm also testing different clothing. Thanks for the encouragement
