@novic of course - i made rose in 3dsmax. it's a simple planes with Bend modifier. nothing special:)

Here is my Final

How long goes raging confrontation between the forces of Technology and armies of Fantasy - so long she inspires heroes of Fantasy by her singing. Her powerful voice amplified by magic pipes in her armor pull out of the thousands organ pipes behind her! And fairy song flies through battlefields right in the heart of every Fantasy warrior!

Just make sure your concept sheet is exactly 2048x2048 so your not disqualified.
