Here's my progress. It is still very rough, tried to find a way to make the bark-skin...
@fantasymaster you're right about feet, I decided to make something like goat hooves.

great character, feels good. Must think on wood structures my grandpa did collect that have looking like a real face.

I agree with @ololodya .. making the fists bigger will make him look more stronger and powerful ; more like a secondary weapon.
