Intial Ideas

Players always get to decide their hairstyles when creating their RPG character, but how do they get those stylish haircuts?...
Old blind barber that has become the Master of the Barber's Guild.
Assistant monkey that is suave/dapper and is well groomed. Eats bugs out of the hair before the barber begins.
Possibly an old fashioned mechanical arm fitted with functionality for a barber.
Burley badass build.
Lucious hair (because I really want to figure out how to create hair ).
Old worn out leather chair with assistant monkey sitting on the head rest.
Barber tools as big as the barber so they second as weapons to defeat dungeon bosses.

My initial block out of the Guild Master Barber. Gonna go back and fix the muscles so it's correct and then think of some clothing.

Haha when I think of him I can already smell his barber water/perfume. Looking good!
