Hi everyooooone ! I am super excited to be a part of this !
I have started with the idea of making a ''magical girl'' (like Sailor Moon, Sakura the card captor, etc,,,), but an evil one, which have bat wings instead of angel wings, and pentacles instead of stars.
The idea is to have a kind of punk/goth magical girl, with pentacles, skulls, stripes and spikes, tatoos and chains, but still with a colorful and saturated look.
By doing some sketches I ended with the idea of giving her an ''harlequin'' style.
So this is the concept I started :
Dynamic outfit and pose (she s light and fast and sassy)
Punky style (piercings, tatoos, spikes, colored hair, kitsch print fabrics)
Handpainted colorful look (lot of mix of colors, pastel, no black shadow)
Stay with a sharp and angular cartoon shape (no anime, manga style)
Make some evil props, but keep it cute (pentacles, esoterics signs)
She is a demon (colored skin, pointy ears and teeth, horns and tail)
Magical scepter (and maybe a dagger)
(If i have time : a black fluffy cat)
I don't know if :
I ll go for a light leather bust armor with some print or lines (A) or if I make some light metal plates (B) because, you know even if she is a girl she deserves to have her vital organs protected.
I make the scepter tiny (B) like the most of the magical girl or one that is taller than her (A). But anyway I want to keep the bird skull.
And she doesn t have a name yet, I need to find one... (if you have any suggestion 
)
