Quite uncommon approach. I do like overall "warmth" of the scene. Will keep a close eye on this one.

I think there is something weird with his sideburns, they do not "blend in" like real hair do. Wouldn't it be better to sculpt them out of the head and then paint?

UPDATE - scene is finalized I've spent all day retopoing mister Howis! The UV's are almost done as well - tomorrow I will hand paint him and finish my entry!
FINAL SUBMISSIONI had sooo much fun making this! I really tried to be original and execute the hand painted style well and in my own way
