Hey all, since I was going to be creating this character at some point already for a game project I'm working on and saw this I thought "Why not kill two birds with one stone?"
The game I'm making is science-fantasy, Rehoboam leaning more towards the fantasy end of the spectrum. King Rehoboam is the leader of a race called the Lumin, a people that utilises light energy which can be used to boost their abilities in combat. Using light energy Lumin can rush at high-mach speeds and increase their offensive strength or durability in combat. They can also summon orbs of light to illuminate dark places and create laser-like beams and fire the energy in bursts.
Rehoboam wields a large sword that he can pull off quick yet powerful strikes with and tear through many Shadow Warriors. He also has a lot of light energy at his disposal, being the strongest of the Lumin before his unfortunate demise at the hands of the mysterious Shadow King, who executed him in front of all of his people after defeating him.
This is the current sketch I'm working with, although I'll probably come up with a front-and-side orthographic before beginning the modelling process.
