I went with the second version and decided to experiment with pedestal design. Don't think that I'll keep the fire. I guess I'll better keep it simple.
What do you guys think ?

Very quick full body render.

Still need to polish the head, hair and figure out what do I want to do with the rocks and red falling fabrics. The initial idea was to go for something like that:
