Sci-fi team here! I say good luck to all candidates of Sci-fi. My hero is simple, an avenger He's using a high fire-rate pistol and a sword. Now coming up with his design so if you find his back story interesting, feel free to stick around cause this war is gonna be Epic! xD Love you all Sci-fi's and sorry but we won't lose to you, Fantasies.

I apologise that the brief is so lengthy but that's something kept in my mind for so long. I thought that this contest is definitely a time to express that. Scroll down for actual art entries as you will, that's totally fine!

Now, I tried to read that text, it's really hard to read that pixelated type it looks good but could you post it in an other type? The Sheets look neat looking forward for your conzept.

Just read the FAQ and noticed that I can't participate in this contest just because I'm from Queensland, Australia. Okay, rules are rules but I'll still pop progress here anyways. Have fun with those who stay back!

Some of the states in Aus can be legitimate, but Queensland and Victoria specifically can't. I just checked anyways, glad to hear not just me not being happy about this. And exactly we don't participate to win anyways.

I finalised the sketch, next up is gonna be line art and coloring. I'm taking it really slowly cause:

I want to be a CG Generalist when I get a bit more experience
I don't want to skip any of the steps in the pipeline
Pre-production is probably the most important phase in the production pipeline anyway. I won't allow me to jump straight into a 3D package and start modelling right off the bat.

Nice start
When you say "I'm taking it really slowly cause:
I want to be a CG Generalist when I get a bit more experience", it's great, and if I may add: spend time where it's needed.
It's clear that you want to do things good from start to end, but you may lose time refinning your drawning too much. it's already precise enought i think !
There is only his back left to design

Hi thank you for your advice! And I'll definitely improve on that part And as you said if I get it right - a drawing of his back is probably enough, to begin with! Great!
