Alright so I decided to go with the third one and the hair of the first one. I dont know if I'm going to do a belt buckle or not (maybe a skull or something cool) but I'll figure it out on the go. Gonna check some anatomy tutorial + starting my basemesh slowly in zBrush.

I really thought about it, hair mostly gonna be meshes and some gonna be planes. The fur tho... wont be easy!

Update! Blocking Phase 1 almost done! Went a bit crazy on the straps way too early I think haha but it had to be well done ;
Sadly the chainmail skirt gonna be a big no-no, maybe directly on the skin?

Number 2 for me looks the best. Mostly because of the cleare shapes etc. I also like the bra of number 3, but the animal head on the belly will draw too much attention i think.

For a barbarian? probably number 1 or 2, but for a warrior i'd say number 3.
