I´ve been doing some detailing pass, almost finished, but I´ll tweak some more tomorrow with a fresh eye. I also decided to remove the shoulderpads, I think it´s more tough with out them. Let me know your thougths :)

Great update. The details works fine. For the beard I think it would be better to keep some of the bigger shapes with the thiner strains in between. Sorry for my broken englisch.

More tweaking on the textures, almost there, tonight I'll work on the haircards and see if I can get something decent.... time is running out!! still too much to do!!
