UPDATE TIME
Hey everyone, I made a lot of progress today working on the head sculpt. Since I already had a strong idea of what kind of look I was going for this part was relatively easy, I thoroughly like working on faces and have spent a lot of time working on faces. Once I had made a base Dynamesh I then took that into 3D Coat to do some manual retopo.
The reason I did manual retopo vs zremesher at this early stage to so I had to topology to get a stronger, more controlled topology for sculpting. When I do this eyes and lips are generally easier to work with on the detailing.
The next step is to work out a quick bake and texture in substance painter. I may post another update tonight but I don't think I will until tomorrow.
Hope everyone else is having fun. After I post this I am going to see what everyone else is working on.
