These are my initial thumbnails, I had the idea that this guy uses lightning as a method of transportation and attack. I was thinking of hextech inspired design from LoL where his outfit is mainly protective equipment. I think I need to step back and work on shape language first, as they all kind of look the same, as well as push the mad scientist. It might not be much but I figured I had to post something otherwise I would never get started. Good luck everyone!

I was working with super high resolution and was starting to noodle my designs too much. So my friend recommended that I go back to silhouettes and change to super low res so that I can push pixels and find some nice shapes for a more unique character. Another friend suggested that I change the position of the lightning wheel and see what happens, I think I am liking the results! I'm going to play around with it a little more before settling down on a design. I'm having a lot of fun with this!

Here is the final round of thumbnails, I think I found a couple of them I like and I am going to iterate more detailed images on. I like the idea of him having ski poles to assist him in turning and to use as a weapon. I imagined that the ends of the poles are like tesla coils.

Another idea was that the cycle was actually a hoverboard, giving him a Green Goblin posture, but then I lose the leg action of the unicycle.

Lastly, I thought what if the cycle wasn't a wheel but a ball. There would still be the pedaling action but the "feet" or metallic ends of the legs would enter the ball to pedal for motion, and to attack he would kick from the ball, pulling energy with it for like an electro-kick.

I'm starting to narrow down the costuming based off of the previous silhouettes. It's not much but I had to post something, I could feel that I was losing my momentum. I will probably post my first compositions for the final image next. I'm back in it guys!

Well I got caught up with remodeling, I got a lot of work to do but I'm going to push to the finish! I had this idea that my guy would be crashing into the throne room of the fire nation, defacing and replacing the emblem on the wall, leaving his calling card at the scene of the assassination.
