I think colour scheme 3 is the strongest, but I'd put a really strong contrasting colour on the fin parts of her dress, maybe orange or something.

Here are the thumbnails for illustration in gray scale. I like the 1 and 4, do you have any suggestion ?
They are all really really cool, I love the 1 and 4 very much too, with a slight preference for the 4. I love the 2 as wel, but I'm a bit afraid the design look a bit more confused due to the distance.
