Children of lightning - that is what the people called themselves in the post-apocalyptic world who took possession of technology that allowed them to tame lightning. This allowed the Lightning Children to become a powerful tribe capable of withstanding the attacks of raiders and mutants.
Lightning Rider is the striking force of the Tribe living in the Gray Mountains and calling themselves Lightning Children.
