Interesting design. I like the half-dragon/human hybrid concept.

The portrait looks alright, but looks a little flat. Maybe you could skew her body and tweak the body pose to make her posture more dynamic. Maybe apply foreshortening to the front leg. The front foot needs redrawing as it looks awkward. Almost looks like a horse hoof from a distance. Nice work so far. ^^

That's all I can do with my level of drawing. Ofcourse, the face will be more voluminous, as this is just a sketch. However thanks for your advice.
