Eldoris was a deep sea treasure hunter who after losing his helmet was seized by a parasitic jellyfish. The jellyfish now controls Eldoris and provides him with some tentacular abilities.

Further progress - exploring the composition with rough sketches. I'm leaning towards the bottom middle, what do you think?

Bottom middle and top left both work well, I like the concept too

I definitely think more of a solemn or even blank expression would work better for this character - as their mind is not their own of course. nice composition and colours, good work so far!
